Description:The Crozier Model 30AUTO Automotive Speed Lathe is the industry standard for the production polishing of rotors and armatures. The air-collet closure and electric brake speed up the polishing operation. The 3/4 horsepower fixed speed motor is set for the optimum polishing speed for both the copper slip rings and commutator. The bearing surfaces are easily polished with emery cloth. The air-collet closure grips the parts tight and when finished, release the part with minimal effort. A large double row front bearing is on the collet end. Standard 5C collets are used. This has been the standard polisher in the automotive aftermarket since 1982. Don't be fooled by the imitators.
